Humane Library

In our ongoing capital fund raising efforts to pay for the new CHS facility, several of the facility's rooms have been provided for financially by individuals. The Humane Library is still in need of a sponsor, as are several other rooms. The cost of the library is $15,000. Any individual, business or group donating the cost of the room will have a recognition plate placed at the entrance to the library naming the room in their honor. That plate will serve as a perpetual recognition of their concern and compassion for pets and their well being.

We are also in need of additional books and appreciate donations of books or funds to purchase books.

Expressions of Gratitude

Donors contributing $50.00 or more to help provide care and hope for the many unwanted and homeless pets received by the Shelter are listed in the quarterly CHS newsletter. Donors are listed each time they contribute during the period listed in the newsletter.

Tree of Lights

Annually, the CHS conducts its Tree of Lights event. For each $10.00 donation, the donor may have a light lit on the Tree of LIghts in honor or memory of a person or pet. Lists of those being honored or remembered during each Holiday season are found in the quarterly CHS newsletter.
